As a winner of the PM’up program, transport and international trade software publisher DDS Logistics will be able to boost its international growth with the support of the Ile-de-France regional council.
Initiated by the Conseil Régional d’Ile-de-France, the PM’up program bolsters SMEs/SMIs with the “best potential in terms of job creation, innovation, international growth and sustainable development”. Among the 2009 winners is DDS Logistics. The French leader in TMS (Transport Management Systems) was awarded a prize for its “CO2 emissions management” module, an indicator capable of calculating glasshouse effect emissions and suggesting a multimodal transport chain according to environmental and economic factors.
For three years, DDS Logistics will receive subsidies and tailored support. “We’ll use the financial backing to recruit for high level positions and invest in our SaaS hosting offer” DDS Logistics CEO Jérôme Bour comments.
The publisher will be provided with consulting in the fields of sustainable development and international deployment so as to pursue its conquest of new markets. “This award will help speed up our growth in Europe and Asia. Our ultimate goal is to become the leader in transport and international trade on these markets” Jérôme Bour concludes.
